We are currently looking for Brand Activators to assist source, onboard and activate new users on Thutsé across South Africa.

This role is ideal for young professionals (preferably under 35 years old) who are eager to build a long-term career in financial technology (FinTech) services.

You will be reporting to our Head of Operations and Client Services.

Key Responsibilities 

• Engage prospective users regarding spending management capabilities of Thutsé.
   
• Assist users with onboarding, troubleshooting, and attending to any questions regarding our web App.
   
• Deliver exceptional user experience aligned with our standards and experience targets.
   
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date user records.
